This policy applies to ALL players without exception. ⸻ 💰 PAYMENT POLICY FIRST PAID = FIRST CONFIRMED ✅ Paid players will be given priority. ✅ Registration Fee: ₱120 per player MAYA 📲 0915-430-9803 Maria Lourdes A. ✅ If you have already paid but are unable to attend, your payment may be transferred to the next game day upon request, subject to slot availability. ❌ Refunds will not be issued once payment has been confirmed.❌ ⸻ 🏆 GAME FORMAT • Games are played to 11 points. • No Deuce Rule applies. • The organizer’s decision on game scheduling and court assignments is final. ⸻ ⏰ PLAYING HOURS ⏱️4PM TO 9PM ONLY (RESIDENTS) ⏱️5:45 PM – 9:00 PM ONLY (OUTSIDERS) ✅ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled game.(STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED) ✅ Check in with the organizer before stocking your paddle ✅ Last time stocking of paddles 8:50PM (OUTSIDERS) ❌ No extensions beyond 9:00 PM.❌ ❌ Players who are repeatedly absent without prior notice may be given lower priority in future registrations.❌ ⸻ 🏡 FOR NON-RESIDENT PLAYERS ✅ Outside players must present their registration confirmation upon entry. ✅ Please observe all Birchwood Community rules and regulations while inside the premises. ✅ Gate of entry GATE 2 only ⸻ 🤝 COURT ETIQUETTE ✅ Show respect to fellow players, organizer, and spectator. ✅ Practice good sportsmanship at all times. ✅ Be ready when your game is called. ✅ Keep games moving to avoid unnecessary delays. ✅ Return borrowed paddles after use. ✅ Wear appropriate athletic shoes and sports attire. ⸻ 🚫 PROHIBITED ❌ Unsportsmanlike conduct ❌ Offensive or abusive language ❌ Fighting or harassment ❌ Drinking Smoking or vaping inside the playing area ❌ Littering ❌ Damaging court facilities or equipment Violations may result in removal from the event and/or suspension removing from future games. ⸻ ⚠️ SAFETY & LIABILITY ✅ Games are weather permitting. ✅ Play at your own risk. While every effort is made to provide a safe playing environment, the organizer / officers / hosts /and Birchwood Community management shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, loss of personal belongings, or other unforeseen incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
