FBCNY Club rules and proper court etiquettes: FBCNY Club Rules & Court Etiquette (Revised 04.2025) 1. Group Chat Conduct Keep messages club-related and respectful. Avoid using foul or offensive language. 2. Guest Policy Members are welcome to bring one guest per game night. Guests will pay the regular court fee. 3. No-Show Policy To avoid a no-show fee, please cancel your Reclub slot at least 24 hours before game night. 4. Court Rules & Etiquette a. Sign-In & Payment Please sign in and pay at the Counter (NYBC) or Thrina (Rego Park) before your first game. b. Notify Q Master Let the Q Master know you’re playing. You’re also welcome to request preferred partners. c. Mentoring Play at least one game with beginners or those of similar game level to help them improve. d. Birds Policy Please provide 2 birds or pay $5 to the Q Master. You’ll receive 2 birds per match, and you’re welcome to bring your own if you need more. Unused birds will be saved for future nights. e. Queuing All players for the game night must queue in order of arrival. Fair rotation must be maintained at all times. To ensure fairness, arriving late or leaving early won't give you priority in the queue. Please respect the order. If you think you've been skipped, kindly let the queue masters know. f. Behavior Let’s maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere at all times. 5. Rule Violations We understand that mistakes can happen. However, repeated rule violations after a warning may lead to suspension (1 month to 1 year), as decided by club officers. 6. No Bullying We promote a healthy and respectful environment for everyone. Any proven form of bullying toward fellow members may result in immediate expulsion from the club.
