1. Cancellation Policy Players must cancel at least 24 hours before the game starts. If a player cancels within 24 hours, they are responsible for paying the front desk court fee unless they are able to find a replacement player. 2. Shuttlecock Contribution Each player must contribute 2 feather shuttlecocks to the group pool before the games begin. Please make sure the shuttlecocks are decent quality. Plastic or poor-quality shuttlecocks are not allowed. On some nights, if we run out of shuttlecocks early, each player may be asked to contribute 1 additional shuttlecock. 3. Free Pass Raffle If we have 8 players, we will do a raffle and one lucky player will receive a free pass for the night. If we have 16 players, we will raffle 2 free passes. 4. Queueing and Fair Play On nights with more than 8 players, the organizer will manage the queue to make sure everyone gets fair playing time and balanced games. Please keep in mind that when there are more players, we will do our best to make the games as fair as possible. We are also implementing queueing software to help rotate players equally and fairly. Please respect the organizer’s queue and rotation system. Avoid skipping the line or only choosing preferred partners. If you would like to practice with a specific partner, please let the organizer know. We will try our best to arrange it depending on the queue and court availability. 5. Player Level Requirement This group is intended for intermediate-level and above players only, so everyone can enjoy competitive and balanced games. Players are welcome to invite friends to join the group. However, please make sure any invited friends are at least intermediate level. We do not recommend bringing beginners to this group, as we want to make sure all players can enjoy the games. 6. Sportsmanship Please keep the games friendly and respectful. No arguing, blaming partners, or making negative comments toward other players. We want the group to stay competitive, but also enjoyable and welcoming for everyone.
