UPLOAD YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT Go to the PAYMENT tab of your chosen schedule and upload your payment screenshot/proof. Make sure your name is included. Once your payment is verified, you will be moved to the CONFIRMED LIST. ✅ ⚠️ CANCELLATION & CREDIT POLICY ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Your payment may be converted to CREDIT for your next visit only if: 🌧️ Management Cancels the Session The schedule is officially cancelled by management, such as due to bad weather. ⏰ You Cancel at Least 1 Hour Before Inform management at least 1 hour before your scheduled session to have your payment credited toward your next visit. Late Cancellation / No-Show: If you cancel less than 1 hour before the session or do not show up, your payment will be forfeited to cover your reserved slot and cannot be refunded or carried over as credit.
