Host Confirmation Once payment is verified, you’ll be moved from WAITLIST → CONFIRMED. ⸻ GAME FLOW & QUEUEING FORMAT If we have 8 players or fewer: • Winners stay on court • Winning pair splits partners for the next game • Two new players rotate in • Losing team goes to the back of the line • Score to 11 If we reach a full house (10 players): • Regular queueing • New four players on court per game • Next four players rotate in • 10 mins per game ⸻ REMINDERS • No payment = No slot. • Once slots are full, please don't send payment. • If payments are sent simultaneously when slots are full, we will issue a refund. • No walk-ins.
