If you want to cancel, atleast 2Hours prior to play time. 📢 OPEN PLAY RESERVATION REMINDER We kindly ask everyone to be considerate when reserving a slot for our Open Play. Please make sure that you are certain that you can attend before requesting a slot, as there are other players who would also like to join but are unable to do so when all slots are already reserved. If something comes up and you are no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before the scheduled game. This will give other players enough time and opportunity to take the available slot. We understand that unexpected situations may happen, but we hope everyone can help us manage the reservations fairly. Repeatedly reserving a slot and not showing up without prior notice may result in temporary or permanent restriction from future reservations. We currently do not require advance payment to secure a slot, so we sincerely hope everyone will respect the opportunity given and avoid reserving a slot unless they are committed to attending. This reminder is not intended to offend anyone. We simply want to ensure that the reservation system is fair to everyone who wants to play. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and consideration. 📌 Play Format & Rules PickleQ System -fair rotation for everyone.
