Category: 3.00 and above (Self Rating TNC)
10 minutes dinking- speed up volleying
10 minutes drive, drop reset and transitions
10 minutes serving and returns ( 100% must be in, low balls, drives or dropreset returns )
Then social games applying skills from drill sessions
so please be early!
Training with X-Ace Ball, Sparring with LT Ball!
Suitable for prep on DUPR sessions and typical tournament enviroment.
1 court for 6 players Training/social games
