During the session, we observe your live matches, stop play to correct positioning or strategy, and teach you how to apply drills directly to a real game. Session Structure • Warm-Up & Drills (45 minutes): Practicing fundamental mechanics like dinking, serving, drop, resets, volley, lobbing etc; • Guided Play (60 minutes): Playing actual matches where we, the coach pauses the game to provide tactical feedback; and • Debrief & Strategy (15 minutes): Reviewing shot choices, positioning mistakes, and rule clarifications.
