This is a group training for 1 hour, face to face with a Pro, Mirzzy Kelvin 5.0 DUPR level.
You will continue to play with Mirzzy after training until 11pm.
Collaboration with Lumiere Wellness & Panas Express
Suitable for all levels. And those who wants to learn from a Pro Level Coach/Player. Plus Re-Visit your shots. Tips and changes advise from a 5.0 Pro.
Weekly Topics:
1. Serve and Return (Forehand) <--On this session
2. 3rd Shot Drive <- - On this session
3. 3rd Shot Drop
4. Dink - Forehand
5. Dink - Backhand
6. Twoey (Two Handed Backhand)
7. Serve and Return (Backhand)
8. Speed Up (Forehand and Backhand)
9. Reset (Transition)
10. Doubles Strategy (Stacking, Position)
