If you cannot make it, you are welcome to pass or sell your slot to others! Just let us know their details. Otherwise, the slot will be forfeited. ​🚨 Last-Minute Adjustments (8 Hours or Less): Emergencies happen! Because courts and teams are locked in, the original booking covers the reserved slot. To help you get back on court, we will gift you a ₱500 credit for your next weekday booking (Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM). ​🌧️ In Case of Rain: Your safety comes first! Because artificial grass becomes slippery when wet, rain will safely end the session. Your payment is protected based on how long we played: ​❗️Before we start (6 hours or less): You get a Full Credit to rebook your session at no extra cost. ​​❗️ Played under 15 minutes: The venue doesn't charge us!
