No refund in case of cancellation. 2. However, Player may contact waitlisted player to take the slot and shall collect refund from them directly. In case no waitlisted player available, player may contact any other substitute player to take the slot. In case none can take the slot, payment shall be forfeited to the club fund. 3. Provided, Player must inform admin of their cancellation and which waitlisted or substitute player shall take the slot so admin can apply the changes. 4. Admin shall remove player who cancelled and replace with the waitlisted/substitute player. 5.
