Drill Information:
1) Application of Continental Grip Forehand for defensive play.
2) The Semi Western Grip - Modern FH Grip.
3) Serve Drills.
Goal: End of session, player will be capable to play against other player in 2 to 3 more drills via consistent return (continental grip) with intermittent strong forehand and DBH return.
The player should be able to direct the ball in slow pace and finish a strong return.
