Join us this Tuesday for a high-energy open play session built for great rallies, good competition, and smooth rotations. ⸻ 🗓 Event Details • Date: November 03 (Tuesday) • Time: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM • Courts: 6 & 7 (2nd Floor, S.P.A.C.E.) • Player Fee: ₱250 per person • Format: Paddle Stack System We will be using a paddle stack system to keep games fair, organized, and continuous. Place your paddle in the queue and rotate in accordingly. Please be honest and respectful with turns so everyone maximizes playing time. ⸻ 🔁 Recurring Schedule Notice This is a recurring Tuesday open play — same time and courts will be followed for the entire month. Plan your weeks accordingly. ⸻ 💳 PAYMENT & BOOKING PROCESS (READ CAREFULLY) ✅ Step 1: Pay the ₱250 Player Fee Pay through one of our QR codes posted in the community announcements. ⚠️ Upload your proof of payment in the PAYMENT TAB on RECLUB ⚠️ NO PAY = NO PLAY 🚨 Slots will only be secured after payment is received and verified 🚨 Players will be removed from the waitlist only after payment to avoid “joy reserving” ⸻ 🔗 Athletescourt Entry Link The official Athletescourt booking link for entry will be sent in the GC on the day of the open play. This will be provided 4 hours before the open play on the day of your scheduled session to ensure only confirmed and paid participants are included. 🚨 This is to prevent unauthorized players or non-participants from accessing the link and joining the session. Only players who have: • Completed payment • Uploaded proof of payment on RECLUB will be given access to the link. ⸻ ✅ Step 2: Create Your OWN Athletescourt Account You do NOT need to book a court yourself. The organizer will handle court reservations. However, each player must: • Create their own Athletescourt account (no shared accounts) • Use the provided booking link to be included in the event ⸻ ✅ Step 3: Pay the ₱50 School Entrance Fee on Athletescourt The website will require a ₱50 entrance fee per person for school entry. ⚠️ This is the ONLY payment made on Athletescourt ⚠️ Do NOT book a separate court ⚠️ Do NOT pay extra rental fees After payment, your QR code will be generated ⸻ 🚨 STRICT SCHOOL POLICY • Each player must have their OWN account • Each player must have their OWN QR code • QR must be generated after paying the ₱50 fee • NO QR CODE = NO ENTRY Strictly enforced.
