📢 New Open Play Payment Policy To help make our Open Play registration fair and organized for everyone, we are implementing a cashless payment policy effective immediately. Registration Guidelines ✅ No cash payments at the venue. ✅ To confirm your Open Play reservation, payment of ₱100 must be made first. Your reservation will only be accepted once payment has been received. Payment Details: Maya Account Name: Reggie Averia Mobile Number: 09091118469 You may also scan the QR code provided in this post for faster payment. After Payment Please send a screenshot of your payment in the Reclub chat. Below the uploaded screenshot, indicate the name of the player whose Open Play registration is being paid. No Refund Policy ❗ All payments are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer or sell your reserved slot to another interested player. Kindly inform the organizers of the replacement player’s name so we can update the registration. Why are we implementing this? This policy is intended to reduce no-shows after reservations have been made. Reserved slots that go unused prevent other players from joining. Requiring advance payment helps ensure that reservations are made by players who are committed to attending, while giving others a fair chance to secure a slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We appreciate your support in helping us keep our Open Play sessions organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. – Catanauan Pickleball Club
