💚 RECEIPTS GO IN THE PAYMENTS TAB! ⏰ FIRST TO UPLOAD, FIRST IN LINE. Slots follow the upload time of your valid receipt on Reclub, NOT your GCash payment time. Paying earlier won’t put you ahead if you upload later. ✅ Request to join using your own Reclub account. ✅ Check available slots before paying. ✅ Send ₱150 per player to our official GCash: 0947 185 6083 | Joselyn E. ✅ Upload a screenshot of your successful payment in this meet’s PAYMENT TAB. Double-check the recipient! Only payments to the official number listed here are accepted. No cash payments. 🚫 NO RECEIPTS THROUGH: • Private messages • OP group chat • Showing them onsite These will NOT be processed. If you sent yours in chat, please upload it in the Payment tab yourself. Admins will not upload it for you. 🔒 CONFIRMED STATUS = SECURED SLOT Payment alone does not reserve your spot. 👤 ONE ACCOUNT = ONE PAYMENT = ONE PLAYER = ONE SLOT No +1 registrations, combined group payments, or duplicate receipts. One GCash account may pay for several players, but each player needs a separate transaction and unique receipt uploaded through their own Reclub account. ⚠️ 40/40 MEANS FULL. DO NOT PAY. If unsure, ask the admin first. Payments sent after capacity is reached are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited to another schedule. 🔄 CHANGES CLOSE 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SESSION. Need to change players, transfer your slot, or move to another OP date? Submit your request at least 2 hours before your ORIGINAL session starts. Changes require admin approval and available slots. After the cutoff, the confirmed player must attend the original session or forfeit the payment. No changes, refunds, or credits for missed sessions. Example: For a 5 PM session, send your request by 3 PM. ⌛ MORE THAN 1 HOUR LATE = NO-SHOW. Your payment is forfeited. 🏓 COURT REMINDERS • 4 courts | Maximum 40 players • Paddle stacking | Maximum 15 minutes per game • Paddles available for rent • The number of games is not guaranteed. • Arriving late does not extend your session. • Follow our court team’s queueing, paddle-stacking, and game cut-off instructions so everyone gets their turn. 📋 BOOKING REMINDERS • No cancellations or refunds. • Only management or an authorized admin may approve credits. • Credits are normally issued only when TPB cancels due to weather or court maintenance. By paying, you agree to these rules. See you at The Bloc! 💚
