What we’re working on: 🏓 Topspin Dinks Learn how topspin keeps the ball low, pulls your opponents out of position and keeps you in control of the rally. 💧 Drips Part drive, part drop. The drip is a sharp-angled, aggressive drop with topspin that dips fast and lands low, pushing your opponents wide and out of their comfort zone. We’ll break down the technique, the angles, and the touch behind it. 🛡️ Resets Under pressure, a good reset turns defence into neutral ground. You’ll learn to absorb pace, stay calm, and take the heat out of your opponent’s attack. 👣 Footwork Accurate shots start with the right position. Throughout the session we’ll work on the footwork behind every shot, so you arrive balanced, set early, and strike with control.
