Limited Slots: Maximum of 20 players. Please RSVP through Reclub to secure your spot. 2. Arrival: Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the event starts for check-in and warm-up. 3. Game Format: Doubles games will generally be played to 11 points, win by 1, unless otherwise announced. 4. Rotation System: Please follow the assigned queue and court rotation to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to play. 5. Respect All Skill Levels: Beginners are welcome! Be patient, supportive, and respectful of all players. 6. Proper Footwear: Sports shoes are highly recommended. Please move carefully on our silica sand court flooring. 7. Equipment: Bring your own paddle if available. Paddle rentals may be available upon request, subject to availability. 8. Sportsmanship: Respect line calls, avoid arguments, and keep the games fun and friendly. 9. Cancellations: If you can no longer attend, please cancel your RSVP or notify the organizer early so another player can take your slot. 10.
