COURT RULES & ETIQUETTE CHECK IN UPON ARRIVAL & WARM-UP Let's meet at the Luckygold Food Court (2nd Floor) 15 minutes before start time so we can log in together before heading inside the court. Use this extra time for stretching and warm-ups. Once inside, players also have the option to warm up with 5 minutes of dinking on court before official games kick off. RESPECT, PATIENCE & GOOD VIBES Please be patient, understanding, and respectful toward everyone on court—this is a beginners' open play. CANCELLATION POLICY At least 24 hours before: Eligible for a refund. 8 hours before: Game credits only if your slot is filled by another participant. 5 hours before: Strictly non-refundable.
