PLAYER ELIGIBILITY • This open play is intended for players with a self-rated skill level of 2.0–2.5. • All players must honestly declare their skill level. • Fair play, respect, and good sportsmanship are required at all times. 2. 🚫 NO SANDBAGGING • Players clearly above the novice skill level must not join to gain an unfair advantage. • Organizers reserve the right to assess player skill levels based on observed performance and feedback. 3. GAME FORMAT & SCORING • Scoring System: Side-out scoring. • Game Target: 11 points. • Winning Requirement: Win by 2 points, including at 10–10. • Time Limit: No time limit. Games must be completed according to the scoring rules. • All match results must be reported accurately to the organizers. 4. GUARANTEED GAMES • Every player is guaranteed 7 recorded games. • Only each player’s first 7 games will be recorded and counted toward the official rankings. • Once all players have completed their 7 recorded games, succeeding matches may continue as friendly open play. • Games played after the first 7 recorded games will not count toward the official rankings. 5. TOP PERFORMER RANKINGS The top 3 performers will be determined using the following criteria, in order: 1st Priority — Win Rate • Players are ranked according to their percentage of games won out of their 7 recorded games. • Formula: Games Won ÷ 7 × 100%. 2nd Priority — Point Differential (+/−) • If players have the same win rate, the player with the higher point differential ranks higher. • Formula: Total Points Scored − Total Points Allowed across recorded games. 6. 🏆 CASH PRIZES 🥇 TOP 1 — ₱2,000 🥈 TOP 2 — ₱1,000 🥉 TOP 3 — ₱500 7.
