Once you're on the Waitlist, send your payment via GCash and upload proof through the Payment tab or send it via message. 3. Wait for payment verification. 4. Once moved to the Confirmed List, your slot is secured! ⚠️ Only confirmed players are guaranteed a playing slot. Slots are first come, first served. Please message us your playing level: Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, or Advanced to help us create balanced games. 💳 GCASH Account: 09625387881 JE****A AN*E C. 🏓 GAME FORMAT • Game limit: First to 11 points or a maximum of 15 minutes per game, whichever comes first. • No deuce: Games end at 11 points without extending the score. • Number of games: Approximately 6–7 games per player, depending on the number of participants and event duration. • Late arrivals: You may still join, but your total number of games may be reduced. 📢 MINIMUM PLAYERS REQUIREMENT A minimum of 8 confirmed players is required for the Open Play session to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the courts will be opened for regular court rental instead. Registered players will be eligible for a refund or credit. 💸 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the event. • Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund or credit, except when the Open Play session is cancelled due to insufficient players. ⚖️ DISCLAIMER & WAIVER By joining Pickle-Land Open Play, you acknowledge and agree that: • Play at your own risk.
