No deuce—the first team to reach 11 wins. ✔️ Announce the score clearly before every serve. ✔️ No warm-up before games. Please warm up before the Open Play session begins to maximize court time. ✔️ Player Leveling + Paddle Stacking: Player level stickers will be provided upon check-in. Please stack your paddle on the court assigned to your skill level to help create balanced, fair, and enjoyable matches. ✔️ Rotation System: When courts are busy, a paddle rack or rotation system may be implemented on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow the rotation system in place so everyone gets a chance to play. ✔️ Exit the court promptly after each game to keep rotations running smoothly. ✔️ Practice good sportsmanship and respect fellow players, staff, and the facility. ⸻ 👟 COURT & SHOE RULES To help maintain the court surface: ✔️ Please wear proper, non-marking sports shoes only. ❌ Bare feet, slippers, leather shoes, hiking shoes, and shoes with rough or black soles are not allowed on the court. ⸻ 🍽️ FOOD & DRINKS ✔️ Food and drinks are welcome in the designated benches/seating areas. ❌ Food and drinks are not allowed on the court surface. ⸻ 🏓 PADDLE RENTALS ⚠️ Players are responsible for any rented equipment that is lost or damaged. ⸻ 👥 SPECTATORS • Non-playing guests are welcome. • Please remain in designated spectator/seating areas. • Any applicable venue entrance fees must be paid directly to the venue. ⸻ 🏢 VENUE AMENITIES 🚻 Restrooms 🪑 Spectator Seating 🚗 Mall Parking is available ⸻ 🧹 CLEAN AS YOU GO ✔️ Please keep your playing and seating areas clean. ✔️ Dispose of trash properly and help us maintain the cleanliness of the venue. 🎒 Please take care of your personal belongings. ⚠️ Kitchen Social Club and the venue are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. ⸻ ⚠️ POLICIES ❌ Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
