Never played padel before? No worries!
Belum pernah pegang raket padel? Justru ini waktu yang tepat untuk mulai!
Di sesi ini kamu akan belajar dari nol bersama Coach Septian. Tidak perlu pengalaman atau kemampuan bermain sebelumnya.
What You'll Learn:
- Introduction to padel & court rules
- How to hold the racket (basic grip)
- Ready position & basic movement
- Forehand & backhand fundamentals
- Basic ball control
- Simple rally practice
Class Information:
- Level: Absolute Beginner
- Duration: 60 Minutes
