I voluntarily accept all risks of personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from my participation. 2. Release of Liability I release, waive, and discharge Rally Co. Pickleball Club, the organizers, hosts, venue and fellow participants for any injuries, accidents, loss, theft, damage to my personal belongings as well as from claims or lawsuits arising from their participation in activity/event. 3. Health & Medical Care I certify that I am physically fit, have no medical conditions that restrict me from playing pickleball safely, and have clearance from a physician if necessary. In the event of an emergency, I authorize organizers to seek medical treatment on my behalf.
