ASA Class Preparation & Registration Information To help everyone have the best experience possible, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. This gives you enough time to check in, get ready, and prepare for training. What to Bring: * Water bottle 💧 * Athletic shoes 👟 * Knee pads ⭐️ * Comfortable sportswear 🎽 * Volleyball (optional) 🏐 Please make sure you are dressed appropriately for sports activities. If there are any special circumstances or needs, kindly let us know in advance. For Walk-In Participants: If you are not yet a member and would like to join a class, we encourage you to contact us before arriving. This helps us better prepare and secure your spot. However, if you decide to walk in with a friend or arrive on the day of class, we will do our best to accommodate you. If there is space available, you may be able to join the session. If the class is already full, we will take your information and place you on the list for the next available class. Please note that each class session is limited to 24 participants, so we strongly recommend registering early for any classes you would like to attend.
