WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY By participating in the use of the facilities, equipment, and services of Arm 2.0 Pickleball court (Facility), I agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that participation in pickleball and related recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, heat-related illnesses, and exposure to communicable diseases. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown. 2. Release of Liability I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and discharge Picklehallers, its owners, employees, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in any activity at the Facility, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picklehallers and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses resulting from my participation in activities at the Facility. 4. Medical Treatment In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Facility staff or emergency responders to provide or arrange necessary medical treatment. I understand that I am fully responsible for any related medical expenses. 5. Photo & Video Release I grant permission for Picklehallers to use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation. 6. Rules & Conduct I agree to follow all Facility rules, regulations, and staff instructions at all times and to conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
