Let's keep it friendly but competitive. 😉 🌧️ WEATHER & RAIN POLICY Since we play on an outdoor court, the weather can sometimes be unpredictable. Here's our policy if rain affects our session: • Rain before Open Play starts: Choose between a refund or carrying over your payment to our next scheduled Open Play. • Rain interrupts play after 1–3 games: 50% refund. • Rain interrupts play after 4 or more games: No refund. Player safety comes first. Weather-related decisions will depend on the court conditions and safety of everyone playing. ⚠️ SAFETY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY Pickleball is fun, but it is also a physical sport. Let's look out for ourselves and one another. • Please make sure you are fit to participate. If you have any existing medical conditions or health concerns, take the necessary precautions before playing. • By joining, you acknowledge the physical risks involved and agree to take responsibility for your own health and safety. To the extent permitted by law, participants release the organizers from liability for injuries or health-related incidents arising from participation. • Warm up properly, stay hydrated, play within your limits, and inform the organizers if you feel unwell or need assistance. 🎒 PERSONAL BELONGINGS Please keep your belongings safe and secure.
