Come enjoy a fun evening of pickleball, friendly competition, and great community vibes! 🎾 📅 EVENT DETAILS 🕕 Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM 🏟️ Courts: Court #1, #2, and #3 🌤️ Venue: Open-air, non-covered courts 🎾 GAME FORMAT & ROTATION Rotation system: PickleQ App Scoring: Race to 11, no slide Maximum playing time: 15 minutes per court Minimum of 4 games played per player. Exhibition matches (2 or 3 games) may be requested, subject to the hosts' discretion and approval, and only after everyone has played at least 4–5 games. 💰 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT To secure your slot, please register and send your Open Play fee in advance. Onsite payment is allowed only with prior confirmation through DM. Strictly NO PAYMENT, NO CHECK-IN. All registration fees are non-refundable once your slot is confirmed. 🪑 REMINDERS Please BRING YOUR OWN CAMPING CHAIR! No CR/restroom at the court. The nearest restroom is at the guardhouse, approximately 50 meters away. 🌧️ WEATHER & REFUND POLICY Since we are playing on outdoor courts, please understand our weather policy: Rain within the first hour: Full refund or carry-over to the next Open Play session. Rain within the second hour: 50% refund or carry-over of the applicable amount. Rain after two hours: The session is considered concluded, and NO REFUND will be issued. Minimum of 4 games played: Once a player has completed at least 4 games before it rains, the registration fee is considered fully earned and is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of early departure or remaining playtime. If the session is cancelled due to unfavorable weather before play begins, your payment may be carried over to the next Open Play session. Please arrive early to maximize your playing time.
