Our goal is to create a fair, enjoyable, and inclusive pickleball experience for everyone. These rules are designed to maximize court time, encourage players to mix, and ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to play. By following these guidelines, we can keep the games running smoothly and make every meet fun for all. 📋 Registration 🔻Players must have a confirmed slot in reclub 🔻Walk-ins are only entertained when there is still a vacant slot only. 🔻Redundant or repeated request to entertain for walk ins are not allowed to stay on court, one time warning is given then you must leave the venue. ⏰ Arrival 🔻Upon arrival, approach the OP host to have your name on the list to start playing. 🔻You are not allowed to start games of your own, wait for the host to call names. 🔻Late arrivals are accepted at your own risk. Missed games or playing time due to late arrival will not be compensated, and the full session fee still applies. ❌ Not Allowed 🔻Stacking (4-Player Reservation) - Reserving or "stacking" four players together for the next game is not allowed. 🔻Skill-Based Monopolising - Repeatedly requesting the strongest players to form "super teams" is not allowed. The goal is to mix players of different skill levels and keep games fun and inclusive for everyone. 🔻Lock-in Teammates - Fixed partnerships throughout the entire meet are not allowed. Players are expected to rotate and play with different partners throughout the meet. Exemption: 1. Partners who are preparing for a tournament. 2. Accompanying a partner who is very beginner at playing. 3. Maximum of 2 pairs only to be allowed per meet. 🔻Queue Jumping - Do not skip the rotation or hold a court while waiting for specific players. 🔻Swapping in Line - Once the rotation has been set, players may not swap places or exchange partners unless approved by the host. 🔻Player Substitutions - If you are done playing and wish to rest or leave before the session ends, please inform the host. Substituting another player to use your remaining games or player slot is not allowed. Each registered slot is assigned to one player only and is non-transferable for the duration of the meet. 🚭 Strictly No Smoking 🔻 Cigarettes or E-cigars are not allowed during the game inside the court. If you wish to do so, have it with in the parking area. ✅ Allowed 🔻Pair Request - you may request one partner of your choice for your next game only. Each player may make 1 request only for the whole meet. You can't make a request on the spot when your name is called, tell the host in advance for the next game. 🤝 Important note 🔻This meet is designated for beginners players. 🔻Be prepared to play with any partner or against any opponent assigned through the rotation system. 🔻Every game is an opportunity to learn, improve, and enjoy the sport together. 🔻Players are expected to treat teammates and opponents with patience, encouragement, and respect, regardless of skill level. 🔻Having a less experienced partner is not a valid reason to refuse a pairing, request a change, or show poor sportsmanship.
