Please commit fully before signing up. * Can you play 7 continuous games within 2 hours? If not, do not join. * Can you fully commit and show up on time? If not, do not join. Every late player disrupts the entire event. Any additional court fees caused by delays will be the sole responsibility of the late player. * Games will not be officiated. Honesty and good sportsmanship are expected at all times. Make fair calls. Respect your fellow players. 🏆 EVENT FLOW * Each match lasts a maximum of 15 minutes. * 7 rounds across 2 courts, totaling 1 hour and 45 minutes of gameplay. * Total event duration is approximately 2 hours, including preparation and warm-up. * Players must start their games as soon as all players are available. If the 15-minute time limit expires: * The team with the lead wins the match. * If the score is tied, the team that wins the next rally wins the match. 🏆 THE FORMAT This is an 8-player round robin pickleball meet with rotating partners. No fixed teams — every player competes individually to determine the overall champion. * Each player plays 7 matches total * 7 rounds, 14 matches, 2 courts * No byes — everyone plays every round * Partner with every other player exactly once * Face every other player exactly twice * No repeating partnerships * Every point counts from the very first rally 📊 SCORING & STANDINGS At the end of all matches, players are ranked in the following order: 1. Win Percentage 2. Point Differential 3. Points Scored 4. Points Allowed 🎯 GAME FORMAT * Side-out scoring to 11 points, win by 1 * 15-minute time cap per match * No timeouts or in-game breaks * Breaks are only permitted if your match finishes before the next 15-minute interval 📝 SCORE REPORTING After every match, both teams must immediately report and record the final score in the provided scoring sheet.
