These recognitions are intended purely to add enjoyment and friendly competition to the Open Play experience. GAME FORMAT & QUEUING To keep the games organized and provide everyone with fair playing opportunities: • Pickleg.app will be used for game queuing and player rotation. • Players who prefer fixed pairings must inform the host upon check-in. • Games will be played first to 11 points. • Games will be straight to 11, with no slide/win-by-two requirement. • Players are expected to follow the queue and respect the assigned court rotation. The objective is to maximize playing time while keeping the games competitive, friendly, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. Proof of payment must be submitted through the designated ReClub event chat before the player’s slot is officially confirmed. GUEST ACCESS & GAF REGISTRATION To ensure compliance with property security procedures, an assigned Saekyung Pickle Paddlers officer will assist visiting players with the required GAF/guest registration before or upon entering the property. Guests will be reminded to comply with all existing PMO and security requirements while inside Saekyung Village 1. A court and parking location map will also be posted in the ReClub event chat or designated group chat before each session. This will guide visiting players to the appropriate parking areas and the location of the pickleball courts, minimizing unnecessary movement within the property. CANCELLATION POLICY To maintain an accurate player count and avoid unused slots, the following cancellation policy will apply: • Cancellation freeze: 8 hours before the scheduled Open Play session. • Registration fees are non-refundable for player-initiated cancellations. • If a confirmed player can no longer attend, the player may coordinate with a waitlisted or other eligible player to take over the slot. • Any reimbursement resulting from a slot transfer shall be arranged directly between the outgoing and replacement players. • The player must inform the Open Play administrator of the cancellation and replacement before the cancellation freeze so the participant list can be properly updated.
