FOREHAND & BACKHAND FUNDAMENTALS 🎾🏓
Two of the most important—and often misunderstood—skills in pickleball.
Many players think the forehand and backhand are easy to master. NOPE. 😎
It’s not just about swinging the paddle. It’s about stance, balance, footwork, preparation, contact point, paddle control, rotation, and follow-through.
Master the fundamentals first.
Build the right mechanics.
Then develop power, consistency, and confidence.

Train the body behind the paddle. Then everything follows.
1,500 per pax
1,600 court fee divided by number of participants.
