Acceptance to the session is at the sole discretion of the host. The hosts reserve the absolute right to accept, reject, or remove any RSVP at their discretion, including for reasons relating to session balance, DUPR suitability, attendance history, payment status, conduct, or the smooth running of the session. ⏱️ PUNCTUALITY Please arrive on time and warm up accordingly on your own. Punctuality ensures smooth match rotations and shows respect for everyone’s time and effort. The host reserves the right to void a match if any player does not start the game on time. 🚫 CANCELLATION NOTICE Kindly provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend after confirmation, so that the slot may be offered to someone on the waitlist. 💰 REFUNDS Any refund request made without at least 12 hours’ prior notice shall be subject to the absolute discretion of the hosts. 🔄 SESSION CHANGES & UPDATES The hosts reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the session, including but not limited to the format, schedule, court allocation, matchups, number of players, scoring system, or other operational matters.
