We usually play to 21 points (to help everyone burn more calories).
4 in 4 out.Winner and Not yet winner will split after game.
*If tie at 20 points, we apply the “serve to win” rule (so players can experience the authentic Pickleball format).
*While waiting, everyone can mingle and make new friends.
We’re a group of pickleball enthusiasts who gather regularly every Saturday night for a fun and healthy workout.
Pickleball is amazing — it’s easy on the knees, not too intense, yet still gets you sweating. It’s a great form of aerobic exercise.
Court fees are shared evenly RM18-20.Our only goal is to stay healthy and active together.
We can borrow paddle(FOC)
Endorphins are natural chemicals released by the brain during exercise.
They help improve sleep, boost immunity, and reduce daily stress.
