⚠️Same day cancellation is non-refundable.
⚠️In case of player's schedule conflicts, player must find a replacement.
⚠️In cases of unfavorable weather conditions BEFORE the scheduled open play such as heavy rain, a cancellation notice will be posted ahead of time and FULL refund will be given.
⚠️In cases of unfavorable weather conditions DURING the scheduled open play, players will be REFUNDED. Refund amount will be computed on the remaining hours left.
