Help us keep things organized, fam! Please send your proof of payment in the group chat instead of sending a DM to the admins. Slots are strictly first-to-pay and are only confirmed once your receipt is sent in the GC.
📌 Reminders:
Cancellations & Transfers: Slots are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you may transfer your spot —just send an admin a message beforehand so we know who to expect.
Parking: Basement parking available on-site (with fee)
Gear: Bring your paddle and please wear proper court shoes. Balls will be provided. Water and ice are available at the venue.
Max Court Time Rule: We want everyone to get as many games in as possible. On-court dinking and warm-up hits are only allowed before your very first game. For all succeeding matches, please head straight into game proper.
Play ready: Beginners should be familiar with basic pickleball rules and scoring. Quick tips are okay, but please save the coaching off the court so everyone gets equal playing time.
Sportsmanship: We value respect, high fives, and fair play. Please be encouraging to beginners and keep the energy positive for everyone on court.
Media Notice: Photos and videos may be taken throughout the session for the club social media and for players to keep.
Disclaimer: Play at your own risk. By registering, players acknowledge that the club, organizers, and venue are not liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents during the event.
Let's close out the weekend with some high-fives and great points. See you on the court! 🥒
