🥒 OFFICIAL OPEN PLAY PROTOCOLS 🗓 Thursday, October 29, 2026 ⏰ 9:00 PM – 12:00 MN (3 Hours of Play!) 📍 Paddle and Rack (Court 1 & 2) 🎾 Slots: 20 Players | 2 Courts | 3 Hours 💸 Open Play Fee: ₱330 per player ‼️ PLEASE NOTE: The ₱50 venue entrance fee is already INCLUDED in the Open Play fee. Welcome to our Open Play! 💗 Our goal is to create a fun, friendly, and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy pickleball, meet new people, and improve their skills. Please read and follow the protocols below to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable session for everyone. I. GAMEPLAY & SCORING 🎾 * Scoring System: Side-out scoring, first to 11 points. In case of a tie at 11–11, the next point wins (12–11). No win-by-two rule. * Paddle Stacking: We use a Win–Lose Paddle Stacking System to organize games and give everyone a fair opportunity to play. * Queue Management: Winners and losers must place their paddles in the designated queue according to the session’s stacking system. * Queueing Platform: Player rotation will be managed through PickleQ or Picklrs, depending on the system used for the session. ‼️ Please respect the queue and follow the designated rotation system. Let’s give everyone a fair chance to enjoy court time! II. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT 💸 1. Payment Guidelines * Please refer to the QR code posted in the chat section for payment details. * Once payment is requested, please settle your fee and upload a screenshot of your payment showing the reference number for verification. * Pay only when your slot reaches the WAITLIST and the organizer requests payment. * Do not send payment if there are no confirmed slots available or if payment has not yet been requested. 2. Cancellation & Slot Transfer Policy * Please make sure you are available before confirming your slot. * Organizer Cancellation: A full refund will be provided if the organizers cancel the Open Play session at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time. * Player Cancellation: Payments are non-refundable for player cancellations, including last-minute cancellations. * Slot Transfer: Players may transfer their slots to another person. The original player is responsible for finding a replacement and must inform the organizers once the transfer is confirmed. Please be responsible when confirming your attendance, as your slot is reserved specifically for you. III. SNACKS & COURT CLEANLINESS 🥨 * Biscuits and snacks will be available for players during the session. * Feel free to grab a snack, hydrate, take a break, and socialize with fellow players. * Please keep the courts and surrounding areas clean by disposing of trash properly. Let’s leave the venue as clean as we found it! 💗 IV. FRIENDLY CLUB & SPORTSMANSHIP 💗 We are building a friendly, respectful, and inclusive pickleball community! * Treat everyone with kindness and respect, regardless of skill level. * Encourage fellow players and maintain a positive attitude on and off the court. * Keep games fair, enjoyable, and friendly. * Avoid unnecessary arguments, unsportsmanlike conduct, and disrespectful behavior. * Respect the organizers, fellow players, venue staff, and the rules of the game. ‼️ REMEMBER: We’re here to play, improve, make friends, and have fun! V. LIABILITY WAIVER ⚠️ By participating in this Open Play session, players acknowledge that pickleball involves inherent risks, including physical injuries, accidents, medical emergencies, and the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Players agree to participate responsibly and take reasonable precautions for their own safety. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizers, venue management, and their affiliates disclaim liability for such incidents, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
