No additional 2 points. • Players must rotate promptly after each game • Pickleq app will be used to keep games moving and for queuing. • Please be ready when your turn is called • The organizer may adjust rotations when necessary for a smooth and fair session No partner? Please DO NOT PAY if the 30-player capacity has already been reached. ❌ CANCELLATION / SLOT TRANSFER • Registration fees are non-refundable once the slot is confirmed, unless otherwise announced by the organizer. • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player, but please inform the organizer first. • No-shows are considered forfeited slots. • Please cancel/notify the organizer as early as possible so the slot can be offered to a waitlisted player. 📋 OPEN PLAY RULES & ETIQUETTE 🏓 1. Respect the rotation. Please follow the paddle/queue system and don’t skip players. 🤝 2. Be respectful. No trash talk, arguing, shouting at other players, or unsportsmanlike behavior. ⏱️ 3. Keep games moving. After your game, clear the court promptly so the next players can start. 🥒 4. Respect the equipment. Take care of the court, nets, balls, paddles, and other equipment. 🧹 5. Keep the venue clean. Dispose of bottles, wrappers, and other trash properly. 💧 6. Stay hydrated. Bring your own water and take breaks when needed. ⚠️ 7. Play within your limits. Warm up properly and inform the organizer if you are injured or feeling unwell. 🚫 8. No unauthorized players. Only confirmed participants may join the session unless approved by the organizer. 📸 9. Photos/videos. By joining, you acknowledge that event photos/videos may be taken for DTS club documentation and social media, unless you inform the organizer otherwise. 🏁 10. Have fun!
