If you are on the WAITLIST, pay right away and UPLOAD your payment on the payment tab so you can get a confirmed slot. 3. If you have been transferred to ON HOLD - this means there are no more slots left. 4. If there are cancellations before the 24 hour rule, people that are on the ON HOLD status may get transferred to WAITLIST. If you are on the WAITLIST, pay and upload so you cab secure a slot. Fee is 280, to cover 3 courts for 3 hours, and food for all participants and guest coaches 🎉 If we reach more than 24, we will extend until 10pm with no extra charge 😊🤩 Applicable for all APC Open Plays, Trainings and Events. We have a strict 24 hour no cancellation policy. It will be difficult to find replacements at the last minute. Notifying us ahead of time (more than 24 hours before the event) should allow us to look for someone who can take your place. Thanks for understanding.
