Whether you’re here to improve your game, enjoy friendly rallies, or meet fellow pickleball enthusiasts, everyone is welcome! 💚 📅 Date: Thursday, November 19, 2026 📍 Venue: Payapay Seafood Park ⏰ Time: 6:00–10:00 PM (4 Hours) 🏟️ Courts: Monte, Biyo & Bebs — 3 Courts 👥 Open Play | All Skill Levels Welcome 💰 Rate: ₱170/player 💳 STRICT PAYMENT-FIRST POLICY — PAY FIRST TO BE A CONFIRMED PLAYER! 🏓 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES • All skill levels will play under one open-play rotation. • Paddle stacking will be used for fair and organized rotation. • One paddle per person — no double stacking. • Please do not move or rearrange other players’ paddles. • NO REQUESTS OR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR PADDLE STACKING. The rotation system will be followed as implemented, and we kindly ask everyone to respect the process. • Take the next available court when it’s your turn. • Please arrive on time to maximize your playing time. • Respect everyone and practice good sportsmanship. • Keep the courts and surroundings clean. ⚠️ IMPORTANT OPEN PLAY POLICIES 💳 1. STRICT PAYMENT-FIRST POLICY PAYMENT MUST BE MADE FIRST BEFORE YOU CAN BE CONSIDERED A CONFIRMED PLAYER. Signing up or adding your name to the participant list does not automatically guarantee a confirmed slot. • Please settle your payment within the deadline announced by the organizers. • Send your proof of payment in the group chat and indicate the date of the Open Play you are paying for. Example: Your Name – Paid (For Nov. 19, Thursday) • Unpaid slots will not be considered confirmed and may be given to other players. 🚫 2. STRICT NO WALK-INS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE ORGANIZERS THROUGH THE GROUP CHAT. • Only players with confirmed Reclub bookings and payment may play. • If you wish to join but do not have a confirmed slot, please ask for approval in the group chat first. • Please do not come to the venue expecting to play without confirmation. Walk-ins are not automatically accepted, even if you see available courts. ⏳ 3. CANCELLATION FREEZE Players may cancel or remove their names from the participant list until 6 hours before the scheduled session. After the cancellation freeze, cancellations are no longer allowed, and the ₱170 reserved slot fee will still be charged. ⚠️ 4. NO-SHOW POLICY Players who fail to arrive for their confirmed booking and do not notify the organizers beforehand will be marked as NO SHOW. Players marked as NO SHOW without prior notice may be suspended from joining future Open Play sessions until further notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
