MEOP 3 Courts 3 Hours (7:00-10:00pm) 24 Players Max 175 per player Pickleyard Open Court Notes & Rules 🎯 Event Format • Maximum of 24 players • 3 Courts • 3 Hours Open Play • All games are Race to 11 • Fast Rotation system via third-party app ⚠️PARTICIPANT & WAITLIST POLICY Once the Open Play reaches the maximum number of participants, all succeeding registrations will automatically be placed on the waitlist. Being listed as a Participant does not permanently secure your slot. Payment must be settled within 4 hours to secure your slot. If payment is not settled within the 4-hour period and a waitlist is already available, the unpaid slot may be released and offered to the next player on the waitlist. If there is no waitlist yet, the participant may remain on the Meet. However, once a waitlist becomes available, unpaid participants who have already exceeded the 4-hour payment period may have their slots released to accommodate waitlisted players. The next player on the waitlist will then be offered the available slot. This helps us keep the slots moving and gives everyone on the waitlist a fair chance to play. 🙏 Please secure your payment as soon as possible once you register. 💳 PAYMENT & SLOT CONFIRMATION • Open Play Fee: ₱175 • Payment via GCash: 0956 271 6555 • IMPORTANT: Players must be a participant first before making any payment. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT unless you have been added to the participant's list. • Your participation is confirmed only after payment has been received and your proof of payment has been submitted. • No Refund Policy: Once payment is completed, the ₱175 Open Play fee is non-refundable. • Player Replacement: If you can no longer attend, you may find a replacement player to take your slot. Please inform the organizer as soon as possible and provide the replacement player's details. 🔄 Fast Rotation & Matchups • Players will rotate quickly through the courts using the third-party app. • You will be matched with different players throughout the Open Play to give everyone a variety of partners and opponents. • The queue will help keep the games moving and minimize waiting time. 📺 Live Court & Queue Tracking • Who is currently playing • Who is next in the queue • Match results and current live standings • Everyone can easily check their status and know when they're up next. 📊 After Every Game — Record Your Result •After every game, players must report their result so it can be recorded in the system. • Please provide the winner, loser, and final score. •Results will be updated for the live standings. •Please report results promptly after each game so the rotation can continue smoothly. 🪨 Starting the Game • No coin toss. Use Rock–Paper–Scissors (Bato-Bato-Pick) to decide who serves/chooses the side first. • Players are responsible for keeping their own score and make their own line calls. • Be honest and fair when calling the ball in or out. • If there is a disagreement or uncertainty regarding a call, redo the point and continue the game. • No unnecessary arguments—keep the game moving and respectful. • Play competitively, but always play fair and honestly. • Respect your partner, opponents, and fellow players. ⛈️ WEATHER CONTINGENCY • In case of rain or other weather-related conditions that may affect the Open Play, the event may be rescheduled or handled according to the situation. • The final decision will depend on the weather conditions, court availability, and safety of the players, as determined by the organizer and/or court management. • If the event needs to be rescheduled due to weather, players will be informed of the new schedule and the corresponding arrangement for their paid slots. ⚠️ PLAYER SAFETY & LIABILITY • By joining the event, players confirm that they are physically capable of participating in the Open Play and voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with the sport. • Players who are injured or feel unwell during the event should immediately inform the organizer or court staff. • Momentum Events and its organizers are not responsible or liable for injuries, accidents, or personal incidents that may occur during the Open Play.
