ENTRY & REGISTRATION - Upload or present your GCash payment proof for booking confirmation. - Present proof of payment to the guard upon entry, log your full name, and sign the attendance sheet before playing. 2. EQUIPMENT -3 free-use balls provided per court & session. -Return all borrowed gear (paddles/balls) to claim your ID to the Reception Area immediately after your game. -Damaged or lost gear will be charged to the responsible player. 3. GAMEPLAY & CODE OF CONDUCT -Self-officiated, recreational play—make line calls honestly and play fairly. -Respect fellow Reclub members, staff, and guards. Keep courts clean by disposing of trash in designated bins. -Harassment, unsafe play, or misconduct will result in immediate removal without a refund. 4. LIABILITY WAIVER -Players participate at their own risk. Organizers and venue management are not liable for injuries, medical emergencies, or lost/stolen personal property. 5. WAITLIST, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS -Waitlist: Once slots fill up, waitlisted players will be offered opening slots in order of sign-up or given priority for the next game schedule. -Slot Transfer/Resell: All bookings and payments are strictly non-refundable upon payment. You may sell or transfer your slot; simply update your Reclub registration or message the host with the new player's full name for guard clearance. -Weather & Refund Policy: Rain interruptions and management-initiated cancellations due to insufficient players are subject to rescheduling at no extra cost.
