🏓GnR OPEN PLAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS 12 Players per Court – Each court is limited to a maximum of 12 players to ensure smooth rotation and fair playing time. First Come, First Served – Slots are subject to availability. Please secure your slot in advance. Dropping Period – Players who can no longer attend must drop their slots at least 4 hours before the scheduled meet-up to give other players a chance to join. No-Show Policy – Players who fail to show up without prior notice will be tagged as no-shows and will not be prioritized for succeeding open play sessions. Walk-Ins – Walk-in players may be accommodated if a registered player fails to show up, subject to slot availability. Court Rotation – Players must follow the designated rotation system to ensure fair playing time for everyone. Respect Everyone – Be courteous to fellow players and respect fellow players' skill levels and playing abilities. Proper Court Etiquette – Keep the court clean and take care of the equipment and facilities. Play Fair and Have Fun! – Maintain a friendly and sportsmanlike atmosphere.
