NEW BOOKING GUIDELINES FOR OPEN PLAY Our Open Play sessions have been filling up almost every weekend—thank you so much for the incredible support! 🎉 To help us prevent no-shows and keep games running smoothly without long wait times, we are switching to a Payment First system. We know this is an adjustment but we want to make sure everyone gets the best playing experience: more games, less waiting, and smoother rotations. Thank you for understanding and helping us make Open Play better! 🏓 HOW TO JOIN: 1️⃣ Tap REQUEST TO JOIN (you’ll be automatically added to the confirmed list). 2️⃣ Send payment via GCash: * Number: 09369595004 * Name: John Regison T. or * Number: 09186621500 * Name: Sheila T. 3️⃣ Upload the screenshot of your receipt under the Payment Tab. 4️⃣ You're all set! Players who haven't paid will be put on waitlist and placed to the confirmed list as soon as payment is verified. Important Reminder: Please DO NOT pay if there are no open slots on the confirmed list. We won't be able to accommodate walk-ins or extra players beyond the confirmed list to keep rotations fair. Other Reminders: ⏰ Rescheduling Policy: Any request to reschedule must be made at least 12 hours before the playtime. Otherwise, the slot will be considered forfeited. 🏓 Paying in cash? Just message us in our Facebook page *The Pickle Yard Dasma* and we'll reserve a slot for you. 🏓 Paying for friends? You can send one receipt to our Facebook page — just list down all the names included so we can reserve slots for all of you. 🏓 Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to slot availability. Thank you for always bringing great vibes to The Pickle Yard Dasma. See you on the court!
