GAMEPLAY & SCORING Format: Matches are played to 11 points (Sudden Death). Queueing: A standard Winner/Loser system will be implemented to ensure fair court rotation. II. REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION Slot Confirmation: Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Slots are allocated on a "First-to-Pay" basis. Validation: Participants must upload their proof of payment via the designated Payment Tab. Reschedule: Not allowed. Refunds: All fees are strictly non-refundable. III. CODE OF CONDUCT Sportsmanship: Participants are expected to maintain integrity with honest line calls and disciplined conduct. Etiquette: Please observe proper court decorum, including efficient ball retrieval and prompt transitions between games. Discipline: Harassment, verbal abuse, or unsafe play will result in immediate removal from the session without refund. IV. LIABILITY WAIVER By participating in this event, players voluntarily assume all risks associated with the sport. The Organizers, venue management, and affiliates shall be held free and harmless from any liability regarding: 1 Physical injuries or medical emergencies. 2 Loss, theft, or damage of personal property. V. PRIVACY & MEDIA POLICY Consent: Participation constitutes consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional and community documentation purposes. Usage: Media will be used exclusively for event recaps and social media promotions; no personal data will be shared. Opt-out: Participants who wish to be excluded from media coverage must notify the Organizer prior to the start of the session.
