Slots are secured on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. 5. Unpaid slots may be released to the waitlist 24 hours before the session. 6. Please DO NOT PAY if the session is already full. 7. Strictly no cash payments. 8. Use your complete first and last name and upload a profile photo for easy check-in & indentification. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • All payments are non-refundable. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 18 hours before the session. • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and is allowed only once per booking. • Open Play credits must be used within 7 days of the original booking. • Late cancellations, no-shows and unused credits will be forfeited. • Open Play credits cannot be used for training classes. PLAYER REMINDERS • Wear proper court shoes and comfortable sportswear. • Respect your fellow players, organizers and Rally Crew. • Unsportsmanlike or abusive behavior may result in removal without a refund. • Participate responsibly and within your physical limits.
