Player is entitled to rebook once only. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable (Court Rental Reservations) • Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the booked date are eligible for a full refund • Cancellations made after 48 hours to the booked date are eligible for rebooking • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked date are strictly non-refundable and non-creditable General Terms • All reservations remain subject to court and booking availability • Requests for rebooking, schedule adjustments, and club credit accommodations shall be handled at the discretion of management • Rebooking can be done only once • Reservations will be booked only upon confirmation of payment The max capacity of your reservation is 8 pax.
