Latihan ini cocok buat kalian dengan karakteristik di bawah ini:
1. Pertama kali megang raket tenis dan belum famiiar sama sekali teknik memukul
2. Udah pernah latihan 1-2x latihan
3. Familiar memukul forehand/backhand namun masih sering melambung/nyangkut net, footwork masih cukup lambat
Dengan mengikuti latihan bareng Tennis AY Club, kalian akan belajar:
1. Cara pegang raket dengan benar, teknik memukul forehand/backhand/volley/overhead.
2. Latihan footwork menggunakan sports cone.
3. Mengasah timing yang tepat untuk memukul bola.
4. Belajar serve di akhir sesi latihan.
5. Game Session (King of Court) di akhir sesi.
