REGISTER AND PAY TO PLAY. GCASH: 09190027506 ⸻ Signup Guidelines: 1. Request to join the meet. 2. Pay the court fee as stated above through GCASH 09190027506 (Melqui) 3. Upload the payment receipt in the “Payment” tab. 4. Admin will approve once payment has been verified. 5. If slots are already full, a refund will be given, or you may inform admin to apply it to another scheduled meet—provided you can successfully request a slot in the next meet. ⸻ Cancellation Policy: 1. No refund in case of cancellation. 2. However, a player may contact a waitlisted player to take the slot and collect the refund directly from them. If no waitlisted player is available, the player may contact any substitute player to take the slot. If none can take the slot, payment shall be forfeited to the club fund. 3. Player must inform admin of the cancellation and which waitlisted/substitute player will take the slot so admin can apply the changes NOT LATER THAN 7AM on the day of play. Admin has the right to decline replacement for failure to comply with the deadline. 4. Admin shall remove the player who canceled and replace them with the waitlisted/substitute player. 5. Waitlisted/Substitute player can only play once admin confirms the replacement of the slots.
