Please bring your own paddle to participate. - Water or other hydration - Proper pickleball attire and court shoes - A positive attitude and good sportsmanship! 💚 ## 🎮 GAME FORMAT & ROTATION - **Sudden Death at 11 points.** - Each match has a **15-minute time limit**. - Follow your assigned matches and court rotations through PickleQ. - Matching will follow the selected **Skill-Separated** format. - The Host may adjust rotations or match formats when necessary to keep play fair and organized. - Please be ready when your match is called. ## 🤝 PARTNER LOCK-IN Want to play with a friend or partner? Partner lock-in is allowed under these conditions: - Lock in your partner for up to **3 games** and remain eligible for the Top 10 rankings. - Players who lock in for **4 or more games** will be excluded from the Top 10 rankings. - All partner lock-ins remain subject to court availability and the overall rotation system. ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS Rotations start on time. Late arrivals will be accommodated in the next available rotation. Arriving late may mean fewer games. Dinkyfy cannot guarantee make-up games or an equal number of matches for late arrivals. 💚 SPORTSMANSHIP & HOST DECISIONS Respect fellow players, the Host, and venue staff. Keep the games friendly and inclusive, regardless of skill level. Unsportsmanlike, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. For unresolved disputes involving scores, matches, rotations, rankings, or player concerns, the Host's decision shall be final for the session. 🩺 HEALTH & SAFETY Pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks, including accidental injuries and damage to personal belongings. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to play responsibly, within your abilities, and in accordance with court safety rules. Do not participate if you are unwell or injured. Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another player for the same Open Play, subject to notification to the Host. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed.
