GCash: 09950270347 🥒 BEFORE YOU HIT THE COURT * Players of all skill levels are welcome, subject to the session’s posted skill level. * Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start. * Bring your paddle, water, and proper court shoes. * Be mindful of other players, the venue, and the equipment. * Keep the atmosphere friendly. Respectful communication and good sportsmanship are expected from everyone. 🔄 GAME ROTATION * Court rotation will be managed through PickleQ or paddle stacking, depending on the session’s setup and player turnout. * Follow the assigned rotation system and wait for your turn before entering a court. * Be considerate of everyone’s playing time and avoid holding up the rotation. * Organizers may adjust the rotation when necessary to keep games moving smoothly and fairly. 🎾 GAME FORMAT * Standard games are played to 11 points, win by 2, using side-out scoring, unless otherwise announced by the organizers. * Any modified scoring or time-based format will be explained before play begins. * Players are expected to know the basic rules of pickleball and call their own lines honestly. * When in doubt, pause and resolve the call respectfully. ⚠️ PLAY SAFE, PLAY FAIR Pickleball is a physical activity, and participation comes with inherent risks. Please play within your abilities, warm up before playing, stay hydrated, and inform the organizers of any incident that occurs during the session. Players are responsible for their personal belongings and should take reasonable precautions to protect them. ARC Social will take reasonable steps to maintain a safe and respectful playing environment, but cannot guarantee that injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings will not occur. 🌧️ WEATHER & RAIN POLICY Since ARC Social’s Pickle & Giggles sessions are held on outdoor courts, weather conditions may affect scheduled play. * If rain makes the courts unsafe or unplayable, the session will be postponed or rescheduled. * If rescheduling is not possible, players may choose to receive a refund for the affected session. * If play is interrupted by rain after the session has started, refunds or rescheduling will be handled fairly based on the remaining playable time and circumstances. * The organizers will notify confirmed players of any cancellations, schedule changes, or refund arrangements through the official communication channel. ☕ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗖 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗪𝗔𝗬 Come for the rallies, stay for the connections.
